The two ingredient pineapple cake. I packet angel food cake mix + 1 20oz can of crushed pineapple. Mix [it grows and gets super frothy so use an extra large bowl- this pyrex barely contained it]. Put in an angel food cake pan, or a large 13x9x2 cake pan. Cook 25-30 min. Easy, right? And so yummy. Though I refuse to read the ingredient list on the cake mix- some things I prefer to keep a mystery.
Delicious too. I burned the edges slightly which makes them taste slightly like burnt marshmallows. Yummy.
